Caroline McConnie is the President of Rimco LLC, the Caterpillar dealer for Puerto Rico, Cuba, the U.S. and British Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean Islands.
Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages and Literatures from Princeton University (2001), a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (2007) and a Master in Business Administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management (2007). She is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois, where she practiced general corporate law at Vedder Price P.C. from 2007 through 2010. Prior to attending Northwestern, Caroline worked as a Junior Professional Associate at The World Bank’s Legal and Judicial Reform Practice Group in Washington, D.C.
Caroline is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, French and Italian. Caroline and her husband, Richard Carrión Jr., have two daughters, Amelia and Celeste, and a son, Richard.
