Caroline McConnie is the Executive Vice President and Co-Dealer Principal of Rimco LLC, the Caterpillar dealer for Puerto Rico, Cuba, the U.S. and British Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean Islands. She is responsible for the entire operation of the dealer, with direct reporting from Sales & Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Credit & Collections and Human Resources.
Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages and Literatures from Princeton University (2001), a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (2007) and a Master in Business Administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management (2007). She is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois, where she practiced general corporate law at Vedder Price P.C. from 2007 through 2010. Prior to attending Northwestern, Caroline worked as a Junior Professional Associate at The World Bank’s Legal and Judicial Reform Practice Group in Washington, D.C.
Caroline is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, French and Italian. Caroline and her husband, Richard Carrión Jr., have two daughters, Amelia (7 years-old) and Celeste (5 years-old).
