Edwin Javier is Vice President of the Food Division in Puerto Rico Supplies Group, a family-owned company and the island’s leading distributor. Since 2008, he has led an extensive salesforce in multiple food categories including dry, refrigerated, and frozen products. His team has been recognized for the successful growth of leading brands such as Borden, Filler, Moro, Simply, Hellman’s and Dewar’s, among others. Under his lead, Puerto Rico Supplies has also been recognized by its clients as the #1 distributor multiple times according to the Advantage independent study of client satisfaction and has received numerous awards from its clients and suppliers.
He is firmly committed to ensuring food security for the island and, since 2012 as President of the Board of Directors, the Puerto Rico Food Bank has quintupled the annual food distributed to its agencies. Edwin Javier studied his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and General Management at Boston College and achieved an MBA from ESADE at Barcelona.
Edwin Javier is happily married to publisher Laura Rexach, with whom he has three amazing children.
