April 14, 2020 – The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is one of the most effective policies to combat poverty. Puerto Rico is not fully included in the federal EITC. For many years, CNE has advocated for a strong local EITC that would have the desired impact. Rosanna Torres explains more in this video (video in Spanish).
